I am a 27 year old educator for the Roosevelt School District in the city of Phoenix.
I am a proud member of the DV8 Now volleyball team. I have been playing volleyball since I was 11 years old, when I helped my sisters team out at an after school practice.
Throughout the years I have continued to play recreationally and I played on my high school men's volleyball team, as a defensive player. I even have a volleyball tattooed on my body.
I have been involved with the league from the very beginning when a group of us met at a coffee house and discussed how to bring a gay volleyball league to the city of Phoenix.
I have a lot of knowledge of the game, so I am willing to do what I can to help the league succeed. As Player Representative, I am always willing to listen, be it in person or by email. I will answer your questions as best as I can, and for those questions I don't have the answer for, I will find one.
